Please allow up to 5 business days for shipping. Custom orders may take up to 2 - 3 weeks.

Contact us if you have questions or concerns about your order and we will do our best to accommodate.

Ground — $7.50 flat rate for one item. Add $2.50 for each additional item. Orders over $100 ship for free.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

All sales are final. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will be as accommodating as possible. We are a small business and therefore we do not not typically accept returns or exchange for opened or used products. In the event that we do accept a return or exchange, we are not responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item is damaged upon delivery please email a photo to TakeRootRemedies@gmail.com and we will gladly send you a replacement or refund you.
